The Gauteng Entecom branch opened in December 2011 and is owned and run by Charles Mugoma.

Charles has a B.Sc (hons) Biochemistry (Distinction – Cum laude) and a Masters in Business Administration and he is a trained Facilitator, Assessor and Coach. He has extensive training and experience in HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP implementation.

Charles Mugoma - Gauteng Franchisee

Charles is the owner of the ENTECOM Gauteng-East franchise. Charles has a B.Sc (hons) Biochemistry (Cum laude) and a Masters in Business Administration, University of Zimbabwe. He is a trained facilitator, Assessor and Coach (Assessment College) and possesses extensive training and experience in HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP implementation. His is career has spanned various food sectors including frozen vegetables (technical sales and quality assurance), canning (factory management), fresh fruits and vegetables packing (operations), starch and glucose processing (technical sales). Charles has been involved in the implementation of ISO22000 and HACCP at various projects including at TongaatHulett Starch, Mama Yama, Giants Canning as examples.DENNIS

  Image Nokuthula Ncube - Training Practitioner

Nokuthula has a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Zimbabwe and has attended various courses including: Quality Assurance Diploma – City and Guilds, London 2004, CGSAFSI Food Labeling Training course 2010 – R146, GSI Bar-coding, Effective Project Management: Network Dynamics, Lead Auditor course ISO 9001:2000, Lead Auditor course ISO 14001:2004, Graduate Development Program, Mandel Training Centre and is currently studying for Institute of Packaging Diploma, Institute of Packaging UK, PIABC. She has worked for McCain Foods SA as a Packaging Technologist, Rainbow Beverages in Zimbabwe as a Technical Manager. Nokuthula has also been involved in the implementation of GMP and HACCP at Rainbow Beverages.
 
  Image Stanley Mugoma - Administration & Marketing

Stanley is an experienced administrator with a very strong marketing and sales background. He is responsible for customer liaison and sales.
  Image Dennis Sibanda – Operations Manager

Dennis holds a BSc Agriculture, Food Science and Technology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and holds an Executive Diploma in Business Management (2004) from the University of Zimbabwe. He has attended various courses including Lead Auditor course ISO 9001:2000 as well as the Lead Auditor course ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 22000. Dennis has been involved in the dairy sector for 12 years and has worked for Dairibord Zimbabwe in various management positions in production. He has also worked for Kefalos Cheese Products, Beitbridge Juicing and Kershelmar Daries.
